This workshop is designed to help you move from feeling unsure

→ to knowing what fits → to taking your next step with confidence.

In our day together, you will take away:

Your Strong Interest Inventory® Report

You’ll complete the Strong Interest Inventory®, a comprehensive, personalized, research‑backed assessment administered through The Myers- Briggs Company.

This is a recognized assessment used by career professionals that helps you notice what energizes you, what feels flat, and what aligns with how you naturally move through the world.

This sample from the 23 page report maps your responses across six core interest areas. By showing your "very high" clusters alongside your moderate or quieter interests, it offers a clear structured picture of what naturally interests and energizes you in relation to occupations:

This report becomes a touchstone throughout the workshop and a practical guide that you can revisit as your career direction continues to unfold.

Your Direction Snapshot

You will learn how to translate your report results directly into your personalized Direction Snapshot — a clear, centred summary of your strengths, interests, patterns, and career paths available to you.

‍Practical Tools and Resources

You’ll leave with a set of usable tools including:

  • Interpret your Strong Interest Inventory® results

  • Connect your results to aligned career paths

  • Research salaries, labour market information, and education options

  • Explore where to study and how to compare program ideas

  • Evaluate your options with more confidence

A Workable Next-Step Plan

Get support developing a realistic next-step plan you can use right away, so you know where to focus your energy after the workshop.

Support After the Day `

The Compass Kit

A collection of post‑workshop resources, including salary research links, program directories, exploration tools, and prompts to help you continue moving forward with confidence.

The Compass Kit includes two continuity plans:

The 30‑Day Activation Guide

A guide for your first month — small actions, reflections, and notes that help you stay connected to your emerging direction.

The 90‑Day Direction Plan

A direction‑building plan that supports integration, exploration, and steady movement over time — helping your clarity take shape in a way that feels natural and sustainable and support your decisions.

This workshop is where uncertainty becomes direction, and ideas begin to take shape.

This workshop is designed for you if:

  • You are in a transition phase and feeling the weight of "what comes next."

  • You are currently studying or working but have a quiet voice telling you that something isn't quite the right fit.

  • You are a recent graduate wanting to choose your next steps with conscious intention, rather than default expectations.

  • You are reconsidering your path—whether that means switching majors, exploring new fields, or taking a pause because a previous choice didn't work out for you.

Do any of these thoughts sound familiar?

  • “I’m not sure what options are actually out there for me.”

  • “I have a sense of what I want, but I am not sure what the first step should be.”

  • “I’m choosing between several paths—how do I decide without feeling like I'm making a mistake?”

The Space to Find Your Direction

If you have recently completed high school or post-secondary studies, trying to figure out your next step can feel incredibly loud.

Many people spend years switching programs, trying on different paths, or feeling frozen in the uncertainty. This is not a lack of potential. It is simply that you haven't been given the quiet, structured space to actually sort through the pieces of your story and listen to your own direction.

A single, dedicated day to step back and organize your thoughts can save months of emotional strain and quiet worry. It gives you the chance to look at what fits, so you can make your next move with resources, a plan, and a level of clarity you didn't have before.

You do not need to have your whole future figured out to step through the door.

We begin exactly where you are.

About Your Facilitator

I’m a Strong Interest Inventory® facilitator, educator and certified career development practitioner with an M.Ed. in Adult Education and Workplace Learning. For the past 18 years, I’ve supported students and professionals through moments of uncertainty, transition, and direction‑finding.

My work focuses on helping people understand what’s shifting in their lives, find the meaningful data inside the fog, and organize it into a clear map they can use to make confident, well‑informed decisions. I’m especially drawn to the quiet patterns that reveal who you’re becoming — and how those patterns shape the choices that make sense for you.

Looking forward to working with you!

The Workshop Flow
